This is me, 18 hours after giving birth. Massive post-partum haemorrhage, several units of blood and emergency surgery, and I still look like death warmed up. Note pale skin, swelling & general exhaustion. #newmum pic.twitter.com/dRzULBTyS5

No make up, my hair is greasy. I look exhausted. But this is me… warts and all after having my baby 11 weeks ago! (The smile is real!) pic.twitter.com/S7xmcPFOH7

I put on eye make up before delivery and had my hubby pull my hair back, before the family showed up to snap pictures. I was wearing a pad that made me walk like I was straddling a horse & I had stitches too😣 I could NEVER pull off a Kate. She is Stunning😊 pic.twitter.com/BxV1aRFWyE

I didn’t get out of bed for 15 hours post birth, let alone put high heels on and went outside! pic.twitter.com/gmbOiEex1g

Excuse the blood but in this photo I had cuddled my son and was in the process of having the episiotomy stitched. I was on such a huge emotional high as years earlier I’d been told I couldn’t have children 😁 My dream came true the day Luke was born 💖💖💖 xxx pic.twitter.com/oLQuo31h4V
